5- Avoid too much salt. Your body needs salt, but too much will keep on the pounds as your body retains water. Be conscious of how much you are using.
If you stick with the plan, and don’t just binge and diet all year long, you will drop the pounds slowly and naturally. This is the safest way. Make it a lifelong change. Allow yourself the freedom to celebrate during special occasions without any guilt.
