Two-time NBA MVP LeBron James continues to expand his ever-popular empire, well — pretty much by the day actually. Recently purchasing stake into the Boston Red Sox, as well as England’s Liverpool soccer club (no racial slurs, please), he also now has his own cartoon show entitled The LeBrons (no really, it’s not that bad) and now the video-game athlete in human form has been dubbed a global ambassador for one of the most luxurious wrist-wear companies in the world, Audemars Piguet.
Now officially, LBJ is said to be tied into marketing and advertising for the Swiss brand, but in all actuality, he’ll more than likely just serve as a human billboard for the product. Ie — LeBron James wears Audemars Piguet, and so should you.
Nonetheless, the fine watch tinkerers are sure to manufacture a model specifically for the All-Star small forward, which will again, bring in even more revenue for the multi-billion dollar regime.
No surprise here as to LeBron taking on such a vast array of endeavors, as he has so eloquently stated, multiple times, that he intends to be a billionaire by the time he is done with things. Well, keep at it, big fella. I’m sure you won’t be too far off by the time things are said and done.
And with all that being said, the NBA playoffs kick off on Saturday and well — let’s go heat.
