Erotic Heritage Museum Las Vegas: Erotic Shakespeare

The Erotic Heritage Museum is presenting an erotic remake of a classic Shakespearian play, “A Midsummer Nights Dream.” Show times for this truly unique show are Fridays at 10:30pm and Saturdays at 8:00pm. The show runs from now till August 7th, and while you’re there checking out some erotic Shakespeare you can also take in some of the unique sexual culture the museum has to offer.

The Erotic Heritage Museum is one of a kind and can only be found here in Vegas. Its goal is to “bridge the gap between the pornographic, with that which is aesthetic,” and it really does just that! The museum has multiple exhibits on display; my favorite is a collection of urban artwork called, “Sex on the Streets”. Currently, there are 10 permanent exhibits on display and they always have traveling exhibits that are on rotation.

The Erotic Heritage Museum was awarded the “Best of Las Vegas” and the #1 pick to “Get Cultured” by 944 Magazine for its unique take on modern sexuality. Its exhibits and artwork are geared towards everyone whether homosexual, bi-sexual, or straight.

This museum is not for the conservative or the sexually inhibited, although it may open your eyes to a whole new world and perhaps help you find your inner exhibitionist.

I love this museum and think it’s definitely something everyone should check it out whether you’re a local or just visiting. For more information and directions visit
