I’ve done it! I’ve found the best French Toast in all of Las Vegas! On Tuesday morning I had the opportunity to dine at Silk Road Las Vegas inside Vdara Hotel and Casino at City Center. The atmosphere was sleek with a retro feel – and the food was simply amazing.
French Toast with Caramelized Apples, Cinnamon Custard and a Cider Reduction
It reminded me of an old school coffee shop with a futuristic feel. We waited in the lobby area to be seated for our 10am breakfast reservation. After being seated at our table, we were greeted by Kenneth, who was extremely professional, energetic and used my name several times throughout our engagement.
Even the menu had a sleek look with some amazing options. To start, we ordered the Crispy French Toast as an appetizer. It came with Caramelized Apples, Cinnamon Custard and a Cider Reduction. I mean it when I say this is the best French Toast in all of Las Vegas.

Next, it was on to the entrees. We decided to go with the “Classic American” and the “Gruyere Cheese Omelette.” The Classic American came with Fresh Juice, Two Eggs (any style), your choice of Ham, Bacon or Sausage, Crispy Potatoes, Toast, Coffee or Tea. I went with scrambled eggs, bacon, sour dough toast and orange juice, and I certainly wasn’t disappointed.

The Gruyere Cheese Omelette was served up with Baby Arugula, Italian Ham and Caramelized Cippolini Onions. Simply mouth watering!

I wanted to give a special thanks to our amazing servers Kenneth and Chance for a fantastic dining experience. Silk Road is now officially my new favorite breakfast spot in Las Vegas.
