PETA Organization Is Launching An XXX Porn Website

Now here’s a move I’d never expect from an organization specializing in ethical treatment. We all have seen PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) pull out some major sex appeal in their previous campaigns to push their message such as scantly clad celebs protesting fur and erotic vegetable play symbolizing veganism… but this time PETA is taking it all off. It was confirmed earlier today through a phone call placed by HuffPost that PETA will in fact be launching a pornographic website: peta.xxx

But just how raunchy will they get? According to PETA spokeswoman Lindsay Rajt, “it will have enough adult content to qualify for the XXX domain site but also some other graphic images of animals that viewers may not expect to see.” I’m a tad confused as to what that means however. I’m not really sure if I want to watch a hot couple having sex and randomly a goat walks by the foot of the bed with a sign around it’s neck that reads: “You can take my milk but please don’t take my life.” Might be a mood killer. Just sayin’.

This is not the first time PETA has pushed the envelope with sex. HuffPost reminds us that, “In 2008, the organization’s YouTube account was temporarily shut down after posting racy videos of celebrities and others posing nude.” But why would a seemingly reputable organization turn to porn? Rajt commented, “We try to use absolutely every outlet to stick up for animals … We are careful about what we do and wouldn’t use nudity or some of our flashier tactics if we didn’t know they worked. We also track the effectiveness of our actions very closely and see if we get visitors checking out other features on our site.” There you have it. And well said I might add!

Let’s face it… we are all really animals who are stimulated by sex. And to the point where we will support a cause financially. I don’t have any problem with companies using sex to benefit a good cause. Where this stigma came from that these promotional tactics are dirty or classless, I have no idea. The fact of the matter is promoting with the use of sex is utterly innocuous. Always has been. Always will be. And most of all, always will work. You will never see a person who was just delivered a message in a sexual manner and say to themselves, “Gee, I wish that was a little less stimulating.”

I’m looking forward to seeing what PETA puts together in September but I’ll bet you one thing you’re not going to see: Bestiality! P.S. Think twice before you click the “horse-hung’ category. It might not be what you think is coming.
