The Joint Concert Venue in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas have joined forces with ROGUE, a recently acquired film and lifestyle division of Relativity Media. The new deal grants the official naming rights of the venue to ROGUE and thus the newly remodeled Joint will now be called THE ROGUE JOINT. The parties are calling this partnership an unprecedented multi level entertainment deal that has yet to be accomplished by a hotel/casino property and an entertainment brand.
“The Hard Rock brand has always been a ‘rogue’ brand, in that it celebrated those rebels who believed they could change the world and then had the courage to do it,” said Ryan Kavanaugh, CEO of Relativity Media. “There has always been great synergy between music and film, and this is another dimension in that rich history. We are extremely proud of The Rogue Joint and hope it soon takes its place in the pantheon of great venues that have brought so much joy to music fans around the world.”
Relativity Media, LLC is the media and entertainment company responsible for producing and/or financing several of the top earning movies of the past few years. Most notably are: FAST AND FURIOUS, STEP BROTHERS, HANCOCK, DEATH RACE, PINEAPPLE EXPRESS, YOU DON’T MESS WITH THE ZOHAN and HELLBOY II: THE GOLDEN ARMY, among others. The Rogue Joint will now host a select few film premieres and screenings as part of the new deal as well as being featured throughout the Hard Rock Hotel’s property.
